# $LBG tokenomics — current Pump.fun launch plan

> **Plan of record:** Solana / Pump.fun launch, no presale, and no planned 900,000,000-token genesis burn.
> **Team status:** Jason Speer is the sole named founder/team member in the current plan.
> **Important:** This is the project plan, not proof of blockchain state. Planned values must be verified after coin creation. Nothing here promises price performance, returns, liquidity, or utility.

## 1. Launch structure

| Item | Current plan | Evidence required |
|---|---|---|
| Token | Low Battery Goose ($LBG) | Confirm name and ticker on official coin page and Solscan |
| Network | Solana | Verify mint |
| Launch | Pump.fun | Official coin page after creation |
| Planned initial supply | 1,000,000,000 LBG | Verify actual mint supply |
| Presale | None | No presale sale or presale allocation |
| Genesis burn | None planned | No burn claim without a confirmed burn transaction |
| Planned post-launch supply | 1,000,000,000 LBG before any later verified burn | Verify on-chain |
| Mint/freeze authority | Not yet verified | Read actual authority status on-chain |

The old PinkSale/presale model based on a 900M genesis burn and 100M remaining supply is shelved. This Pump.fun plan has no separate mint-time presale, LP, staking, marketing, development, or reserve allocations. Tokens held for the founder or a community program must be acquired and publicly accounted for; a planning document does not create an allocation.

## 2. Founder holdings — intended purchase, not mint allocation

| Beneficiary | Intended amount | Share of planned 1B supply | Status |
|---|---:|---:|---|
| Jason Speer — sole named founder / developer | 50,000,000 LBG | 5.0% | Target only; actual purchase, amount, and balance require on-chain verification |

The recorded intended vesting schedule for the founder position is 25% at launch, then 25% on February 4, May 4, and August 4, 2027. The recorded plan calls for a non-cancellable Streamflow stream. Do not describe tokens as locked until the stream exists and its mint, amount, beneficiary, schedule, and cancellation settings are publicly verifiable.

At the 50M target, each of the four releases would be 12,500,000 LBG. If the actual purchase differs, update the amount and percentages to match the verified transactions and stream.

## 3. Creator rewards

No third-party creator-reward recipient or revenue split is authorized in the current plan. After coin creation, verify the actual creator-reward recipient and settings on the official Pump.fun coin page. Describe only what is actually configured.

## 4. Community programs

Community initiatives do not automatically receive supply at mint. Any prize or reward must be acquired, funded, and disclosed separately. Do not count the same tokens twice across the founder position, prize pools, or reward programs.

| Program | Internal plan | Publication rule |
|---|---|---|
| Goose Guess | Website displays a 5,000,000 LBG grand prize | Confirm final rules and prove prize funding in a disclosed wallet/account before calling it funded or available |
| Flock Drop | Marketing plan proposes a 10,000,000 LBG pool | Proposal only until founder approval, final rules, live quest system, and funded disclosed wallet |
| Future contests, games, airdrops | Possible future community activity | Announce only with budget, eligibility, source wallet, and funded balance |

Community prize and reward balances are separate from the founder's target holding. Do not present a proposed campaign as live, funded, or guaranteed.

## 5. Liquidity and trading

- Initial trading is expected through Pump.fun's bonding-curve launch mechanism.
- No fixed presale price, listing premium, hard cap, soft cap, or presale raise target applies.
- Do not claim project-owned liquidity is locked, burned, or controlled by a multisig unless a pool/LP position exists and custody/lock evidence is available.
- A Liquidity Management multisig is optional and only useful if the project later manages additional liquidity capital or LP positions.

## 6. Supply, authorities, and burn claims

Do not claim any of the following until verified from Solana data:
- 900M tokens burned or 100M total/max supply;
- mint or freeze authority revoked;
- metadata update authority renounced;
- liquidity locked or LP tokens burned;
- founder or community balances locked in vesting;
- staking or governance operational.

A later buy-and-burn could be a separately approved action with a verifiable burn transaction. It is not part of the initial launch plan.

## 7. Universal two-signature release policy

**Nothing under project control—tokens or funds—may be released without at least two independent authorized signatures. Every release. Every time.**

This rule applies across the entire Low Battery Goose community and ecosystem, regardless of role, title, department, allocation, or asset type. It applies to project-controlled tokens, SOL, treasury balances, reserves, community rewards, contest prizes, marketing or production budgets, and any other assets held, controlled, or administered by the project.

No founder, governance chair, committee head, developer, administrator, or department lead may authorize a project-controlled release alone. Governance oversight does not create unilateral custody or spending authority. Every release must have a documented purpose, amount, recipient, approved program or budget reference, two independent approvals, and a transaction record where available.

The intended technical enforcement is a properly configured multisignature wallet or equivalent controls. Publish the wallet address, signer set, threshold, and operational status only after they are independently verified. Until then, this is the required policy—not a claim that a multisig is already operational. This rule governs project-controlled assets and does not control independent holders' self-custodied wallets.

## 8. Wallet register and treasury separation

See [WALLET_REGISTER.md](WALLET_REGISTER.md). The public Jason Speer founder/development wallet supplied by the founder is recorded there. Its use as the Pump.fun creator and initial-buy wallet still needs confirmation.

A separate “tokenomics wallet” is not required. Tokenomics is the accounting policy, not a custody role.

Recommended separation:
1. Jason's founder / creator / initial-buy wallet.
2. Community Rewards multisig, when there are community funds to custody.
3. Optional Liquidity Management multisig, only if project-managed liquidity assets later exist.
4. Separate prize or airdrop wallet only when a program has approved rules and committed funding.

Governance is not another wallet by itself. If a Realm or other governance program is implemented later, publish its program/Realm address and explain what treasury authority it controls.

## 9. Launch verification checklist

- [ ] Create the coin and copy the mint from the official Pump.fun page.
- [ ] Verify name, ticker, token supply, token program, authorities, and creator on Solscan.
- [ ] Verify the founder's actual purchase transactions and public wallet balance.
- [ ] Verify the creator-reward recipient and settings on the coin page.
- [ ] Create and verify the founder Streamflow stream before claiming founder tokens are locked.
- [ ] Create and verify the Community Rewards multisig before describing it as funded.
- [ ] Prove Goose Guess and Flock Drop prize/reward funds before announcing them as available.
- [ ] Update site, bot, X, and Telegram with the same verified mint and links.

Historical PinkSale/presale models, presale pricing, the 900M burn scenario, and 100M post-burn supply remain only as historical research and do not describe this launch.
