# Low Battery Goose — White Paper

**Community edition · Version 1.0 · 4 November 2026**

**Status:** Public project overview and operating framework. Any token, wallet, purchase, vesting, treasury, or security-control detail that requires chain evidence remains subject to verification. This document does not claim that an unverified launch, vesting stream, multisig deployment, staking program, bridge, or reward program is live.

## Abstract

Low Battery Goose (LBG) is a community-driven digital project built around a playful goose identity and a broader ambition: to create a welcoming ecosystem for games, creative media, practical education, community participation, and useful digital experiences. The project is Solana-first, with a longer-term cross-chain research vision.

The project aims to be more than a token. Its direction includes accessible browser games, community events, videography and YouTube content, cryptocurrency and AI education, security awareness, contributor opportunities, and carefully evaluated utility. These are development goals, not promises that every feature is already available.

Transparency and accountability are foundational. **No project-controlled token or fund may be released without at least two independent authorized signatures.** This rule applies throughout the ecosystem—including governance, development, production, marketing, community programs, and every other project workstream. No individual, including the head of the Governance Committee, may authorize a project-controlled release alone.

## 1. Purpose and principles

Low Battery Goose uses humor and a recognizable community identity to make participation approachable. The project aims to give members ways to contribute, learn, create, play, and collaborate without making token ownership a prerequisite for joining the community or enjoying free games.

The operating principles are:

- **Transparency:** distinguish verified facts from proposals, plans, and work in progress.
- **Accountability:** document decisions, budgets, approvals, recipients, and project-controlled transactions.
- **Security:** use independent authorization, careful wallet practices, review, and public verification where appropriate.
- **Community participation:** create accessible ways to contribute skills and ideas.
- **Education:** make crypto, AI, wallet safety, and security concepts easier to understand.
- **Sustainability:** build at a pace supported by people, resources, and responsible governance.

## 2. Ecosystem vision

### 2.1 Community and participation

The community is intended to be the foundation of the ecosystem. Participation opportunities may include moderation, event organization, game development, design, writing, social media, marketing, education, video production, editing, presenting, software development, and other creative or technical work.

A contribution does not automatically create a right to payment or tokens. Any funded work must have a defined scope, deliverables, budget, eligibility criteria, and documented approvals before project assets are committed.

### 2.2 Games and shared experiences

The website's browser-based games and community challenges are intended to create low-friction ways for people to participate. Planned development may include improving existing experiences, adding casual games, seasonal events, leaderboards, and community competitions.

Rules, scoring, eligibility, prize terms, and selection methods should be published before each event. Free games should remain accessible without requiring a wallet connection merely to play. Any project-funded prize or reward must follow the universal two-signature rule.

### 2.3 Media, videography, and YouTube

The project intends to develop community-led media, including videography, editing, animation, graphics, short-form content, and a potential YouTube presence. Content may cover project updates, community stories, cryptocurrency fundamentals, Solana, AI tools, and responsible technology use.

Media work funded by project resources must have a documented production plan, budget, deliverables, responsible contributors, and independent approvals. No department or individual may release project funds alone.

### 2.4 Cryptocurrency, AI, and security education

Education is a proposed ecosystem pillar. Potential topics include blockchain fundamentals, Solana transactions, wallet setup and safety, token verification, common scams, AI literacy, practical AI tools, and responsible online participation.

Educational material should encourage independent research and explain risks clearly. It is not individualized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The project will never need a member's seed phrase or private key.

### 2.5 Utility and cross-chain research

The project has a longer-term cross-chain vision. Research may examine interoperability, practical community tools, integrations, and ways to make ecosystem experiences more accessible. Any bridge, cross-chain asset movement, smart-contract integration, or custody arrangement introduces technical and operational risks and must be evaluated before implementation.

Cross-chain functionality is a research and development goal—not a claim that a bridge or cross-chain product is currently live. Proposed utility must be assessed for actual user benefit, feasibility, security, maintenance, and cost before it is funded or advertised as available.

## 3. Token and launch framework

The current project plan is a Solana / Pump.fun launch with a target initial supply of **1,000,000,000 LBG**, **no presale**, and **no planned 900,000,000-token genesis burn**. The older PinkSale/presale model and 100-million post-burn scenario are shelved and do not describe the current plan.

The planned supply is not proof that a mint exists or that the on-chain supply, mint authority, freeze authority, or metadata authority has been verified. The mint address and actual token details must be checked against the official coin page and Solana records before publication as facts.

The current tokenomics plan identifies Jason Speer as the sole named founder/team member and records a **50,000,000 LBG target (5% of the planned one-billion supply)** as an intended founder position—not a confirmed balance or completed purchase. The actual purchase, tokens received, and wallet balance require on-chain verification. No third-party creator-reward recipient or revenue split is authorized in the current plan unless the official coin-page settings later prove otherwise.

The companion [Tokenomics document](TOKENOMICS.md) is the detailed source for the current launch plan. A planning amount does not create an allocation or entitlement. Community prizes and rewards must be separately approved, funded, and disclosed; the same tokens must never be counted twice across founder holdings and program pools.

## 4. Governance and decision-making

Governance is intended to provide a documented way to consider proposals, priorities, program budgets, and material changes. The process should identify who may propose, review, and approve a decision, how conflicts are disclosed, and how the community can understand the outcome.

Governance approval does not grant an individual unilateral custody or spending power. A committee chair, including the head of the Governance Committee, is responsible for oversight of the process but cannot release project-controlled assets without the second independent authorized signature.

Program budgets are proposals until approved through the documented process. Department labels do not create guaranteed token entitlements, salaries, grants, or automatic access to treasury funds.

## 5. Universal two-signature authorization and treasury security

### 5.1 Absolute project-wide rule

**Nothing under project control—tokens or funds—is released without at least two independent authorized signatures. Every release. Every time.**

The rule applies to the entire Low Battery Goose community and ecosystem, without exceptions based on role, title, department, allocation, or urgency. It covers project-controlled SOL, tokens, treasury funds, reserves, liquidity assets while controlled by the project, grants, rewards, prizes, marketing budgets, production budgets, game funds, staking or vesting distributions, airdrops, and cross-chain reserves.

It applies to any assets held, controlled, or administered by project-controlled wallets. It does not claim control over an independent holder's self-custodied wallet or that person's independent transactions.

### 5.2 No unilateral release authority

No founder, governance chair, committee head, developer, department lead, administrator, or other individual may authorize a project-controlled release alone. A job title, committee role, governance vote, emergency label, or verbal instruction does not replace the second independent signature.

The Governance Committee head oversees adherence to this standard but does not receive unilateral release authority. Governance, development, production, marketing, and all other departments operate under the same rule.

### 5.3 Required records

Each project-controlled release should have a documented purpose, asset and quantity, destination address, approved budget or program reference, supporting records, two independent approvals, and a publicly verifiable transaction signature or equivalent record where available. The project should maintain records of incoming contributions, balances, approvals, budgets, recipients, milestones, releases, and reconciliations.

### 5.4 Technical enforcement and honest status

The intended technical control is a properly configured multisignature wallet or equivalent system requiring at least two independent authorized signers. The actual wallet address, signer set, threshold, and operational status must be published only after they are established and independently verified.

A written two-signature policy is not proof that a multisig wallet is already configured. Until technical evidence is available, the project describes this as its required policy and intended control—not as a verified operational mechanism. No public document should imply otherwise.

## 6. Treasury and program funding

Project resources should be allocated through documented programs and approved budgets. Each program should have a purpose, scope, responsible workstream, deliverables or milestones, recipient information, and reporting expectations. Funds should be released in stages where appropriate and only after the required approvals.

Any proposed community, governance, marketing, development, production, games, or education budget must be approved and reported before funds are committed. A department does not own a wallet or receive an automatic entitlement merely because a budget category exists. A separate wallet is a custody and control decision, not a substitute for transparent accounting.

Liquidity, reserves, rewards, staking, vesting, and airdrop funds must be described according to their actual custody and status. Assets must not be called locked, deposited, secured, funded, or distributed without evidence. Public reporting should be meaningful while respecting personal privacy and operational security.

## 7. Rewards, staking, and vesting

Rewards, airdrops, staking, and vesting are potential program components, not guaranteed benefits. Any program must publish its funding source, eligibility, allocation, timing, anti-abuse measures, claim process, and risks before launch.

The current founder vesting plan records a target 50,000,000 LBG position with four proposed 25% releases: at launch, then February 4, May 4, and August 4, 2027. The recorded plan calls for a non-cancellable Streamflow stream. This remains a target and intended schedule, not proof that the tokens have been purchased or that a stream exists. Do not describe tokens as locked until the stream's mint, amount, beneficiary, schedule, and cancellation settings are publicly verifiable.

No third-party creator-reward recipient or revenue split is authorized in the current plan. Community rewards such as the Goose Guess grand prize or Flock Drop pool remain proposals until final rules, approvals, and funded balances are verified and disclosed. No staking yield, reward rate, airdrop, or financial return is promised.

## 8. Security and member safety

Members should verify official links and addresses independently, use reputable wallet security practices, and carefully review transactions before signing. A blockchain transaction may be irreversible. The project will not ask members to disclose seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or recovery codes.

Security education should explain impersonation, fake support accounts, malicious links, token and mint verification, wallet-draining approvals, and the risks of speculative digital assets. Any future smart contract, bridge, or custody integration should receive appropriate technical review before launch.

## 9. Roadmap and delivery

The companion [Roadmap](ROADMAP.md) sets out the project's staged direction:

1. Foundation and public disclosure.
2. Security and treasury controls.
3. Community and participation.
4. Games and shared experiences.
5. Media, videography, and creative production.
6. Education and security awareness.
7. Rewards and community incentives.
8. Foundational utility.
9. Cross-chain research.
10. Long-term sustainability.

The roadmap is directional. Phases may overlap, change, pause, or be reprioritized as resources and readiness change. A roadmap item is not a guarantee of delivery, date, financial return, token value, or reward. Progress should be communicated with evidence and with clear labels for completed, active, proposed, paused, and unverified work.

## 10. Transparency and public reporting

The project intends to maintain a public document hub and publish material updates about governance, budgets, program activity, security controls, and verified on-chain transactions. Where practical, reports should identify the purpose of a release, the approval process, the recipient or program, and the transaction signature.

Material changes to tokenomics, governance, treasury controls, or program allocations should be documented with their approval status and effective date. Historical versions should remain traceable so that the community can understand what changed and why.

## 11. Risks and disclosures

Digital assets are highly speculative. LBG may lose some or all of its value. Liquidity may be limited or unavailable, market prices may be volatile, and blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, third-party services, and online accounts may be vulnerable to technical failure, exploits, phishing, or operational mistakes.

No profit, price appreciation, liquidity outcome, yield, reward, airdrop, or financial return is guaranteed. Project plans, allocations, and future features may change or never be implemented. Token ownership does not automatically grant equity, revenue rights, compensation, or control over project decisions.

This white paper is informational and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or individualized investment, legal, or tax advice. Readers should conduct independent research and consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

## 12. Verification register

Before publishing details as verified, the project should attach or link evidence for:

- The Solana mint address, token decimals, mint authority status, freeze authority, metadata authority, and actual supply.
- The founder's intended 50,000,000 LBG position: actual purchase transactions, tokens received, wallet balance, and verified vesting stream.
- The official Pump.fun coin page and actual creator-reward recipient/settings.
- The project treasury and multisignature wallet address, independent signer set, threshold, and technical enforcement status.
- Any funded Goose Guess or Flock Drop prize/reward balance and its rules.
- Actual liquidity and reserve balances, custody, deposits, locks, and any vesting contracts.
- Approved governance decisions and transaction records for project-controlled releases.

Until the relevant evidence is available, the corresponding details must remain clearly marked pending verification.
