Low Battery Goose — Roadmap
Status: Community roadmap and staged development plan. Phases are goals, not promises of completion by a particular date. Work proceeds when the required people, funding, security, and approvals are in place.
Vision
Grow Low Battery Goose from a playful, Solana-first community into a creative, education-led ecosystem with useful digital experiences and a longer-term cross-chain research direction. Build in public, protect community resources, make participation accessible, and distinguish verified delivery from future plans.
Phase 00 — Foundation and disclosure
- Maintain the official website, project identity, social links, and public document hub.
- Publish the White Paper, Tokenomics, Roadmap, risk disclosures, and verification register.
- Verify the Solana mint, supply, wallet ownership and control, founder purchase, and transaction signatures before presenting them as completed facts.
- Document governance roles, decision procedures, and conflicts-of-interest expectations.
- Keep public statements aligned with the actual state of the project.
Phase 01 — Security and treasury controls
- Establish a multisignature wallet or equivalent technical enforcement with at least two independent signers.
- Apply the universal two-signature rule to every project-controlled release, transfer, withdrawal, distribution, and disbursement.
- Ensure no founder, governance chair, committee head, developer, department lead, or administrator can authorize a release alone.
- Publish verified signer threshold, wallet addresses, treasury controls, approval records, and reporting practices once operational.
- Maintain auditable records of budgets, recipients, transaction signatures, balances, and reconciliations.
- Review security controls and document incidents and corrective actions.
Non-negotiable standard: nothing under project control—tokens or funds—is released without two independent authorized signatures. A policy statement must not be misrepresented as proof that technical multisig enforcement is already active.
Phase 02 — Community and participation
- Create clear participation pathways for moderation, events, games, education, design, writing, marketing, development, and production.
- Invite community members to contribute video, editing, graphics, presenting, content creation, AI learning, and technical skills.
- Define deliverables, eligibility, budgets, and approval processes before any paid work or token-funded contribution.
- Publish community proposals, decisions, and progress updates in an accessible format.
- Build a welcoming environment with clear conduct and moderation expectations.
Phase 03 — Games and experiences
- Improve 1% Honk Bingo and existing browser-based game experiences.
- Explore new casual games, seasonal challenges, leaderboards, and community events.
- Publish rules, scoring, eligibility, prize terms, and selection methods before each event.
- Keep games free to access where practical; a wallet connection should not be required merely to play a free game.
- Record prize funding and payouts transparently, subject to the two-signature rule.
Phase 04 — Media, videography and creative production
- Develop community-led video, editing, animation, graphics, and creative storytelling.
- Explore a consistent YouTube presence for project updates, entertainment, crypto education, and AI learning.
- Showcase community contributors and explain project progress in accessible formats.
- Publish production scopes, budgets, deliverables, and approvals before project funds are committed.
- Track and report funded production work.
Phase 05 — Education and security awareness
- Create approachable educational material about cryptocurrency, Solana, wallets, blockchain verification, and responsible participation.
- Explore AI education and practical demonstrations for community members.
- Teach wallet safety, transaction verification, scam recognition, and protection of recovery phrases and private keys.
- Make clear that educational content is not individualized financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Encourage independent research and critical thinking.
Phase 06 — Rewards, airdrops and community incentives
- Design transparent participation and contribution programs.
- Publish eligibility, allocation, anti-abuse measures, claim windows, funding sources, and payout records before a program begins.
- Consider rewards for games, events, education, creative contributions, and meaningful community work.
- Do not imply that an airdrop, reward, or prize is active or guaranteed until it is funded, approved, and operational.
- Apply two independent signatures to every project-controlled distribution.
- Keep proposed Goose Guess and Flock Drop prizes clearly marked pending until rules, approval, and funding are verified.
Phase 07 — Foundational utility
- Evaluate practical tools and community features that create genuine usefulness beyond token speculation.
- Prioritize clear user benefit, feasibility, security, maintenance requirements, and transparent costs.
- Publish specifications and risk assessments before development or funding.
- Do not describe proposed integrations or services as live until deployed and independently checked.
Phase 08 — Cross-chain research
- Research whether cross-chain access could improve accessibility and utility for the community.
- Evaluate bridge, custody, interoperability, and smart-contract risks before selecting any approach.
- Publish a clear technical and security assessment before implementation.
- Treat cross-chain functionality as research until a reviewed implementation is live.
- Apply the same treasury, approval, and two-signature standards to any project-controlled cross-chain assets.
Phase 09 — Long-term sustainability
- Review program performance, community feedback, security, and financial reporting.
- Prioritize sustainable operations over unsupported promises or rushed expansion.
- Reassess budgets and program allocations through documented governance.
- Publish progress, setbacks, lessons learned, and material changes.
- Keep the roadmap current and label completed, active, proposed, paused, and unverified work accurately.
Governance, funding and accountability across every phase
Every project-controlled asset release must have at least two independent authorized signatures. This applies to governance, development, production, marketing, community programs, games, rewards, reserves, and all other project workstreams. No department or individual receives an exception.
Each funded activity should have a documented purpose, approved budget, responsible workstream, deliverables or milestones, recipient details, approval record, and transaction record. Public reporting should make the use of project resources understandable and auditable. The governance chair oversees adherence but does not have unilateral release authority.
The two-signature rule is the required policy. The project must separately verify and publish the actual multisig wallet, signer set, threshold, and technical enforcement status before claiming that the mechanism is operational.
How to read this roadmap
This roadmap is directional. Phase order may overlap, and timing depends on security reviews, community capacity, funding, and governance decisions. A roadmap item is not a promise of delivery, date, financial return, token value, or reward. Progress should be reported with evidence, not inferred from an announcement.
