Transparency first
Confirmed facts are separated from proposals. No mint, wallet, purchase, vesting stream, reward program, or multisig deployment is described as operational without evidence.
PROJECT-WIDE RULE: Nothing under project control—tokens or funds—is released without at least two independent authorized signatures. This applies to every department and program. The actual multisig address, signer set, threshold, and operational status must be independently verified before being described as live.
